1. About There Miles

 There Miles is a loyalty rewards programme operated by There Travel Limited (“There.Travel”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Members earn and redeem reward points (“There Miles”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

By joining or participating in There Miles, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Membership

2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Businesses, agents, or automated systems are not eligible unless expressly approved by There.Travel.

2.3 Membership is free and requires a valid There.Travel booking to join.

2.4 Each individual may hold only one There Miles account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion.

3. Earning There Miles

3.1 There Miles may be earned through:

• Eligible bookings made via There.Travel

• Promotional offers

• Partner activities (if offered)

3.2 The number of There Miles earned per booking or activity will be accrued at the rate 100 miles per £1000 of eligible spend

3.3 There Miles are credited after completion of the qualifying travel or service, unless otherwise stated.

3.4 There Miles will not be earned on:

• Cancelled or refunded bookings

• Taxes, fees, or surcharges (unless stated otherwise)

• Purchases paid for fully with There Miles

3.5 There.Travel reserves the right to change earning rates, qualifying activities, or promotions at any time.

4. Redeeming There Miles

4.1 There Miles may be redeemed for:

• Discounts on eligible There.Travel bookings via travel credit as per the scheme

• Special rewards, offers, or benefits as advertised

4.2 Redemption options, values, and availability may vary and are subject to change.

4.3 There Miles:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or inherited

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds

4.4 All redemptions are subject to availability and may be limited by blackout dates or other restrictions. For Travel Credit redemptions, a minimum spend applies.

5. Expiry of There Miles

5.1 There Miles expire 24 months after the date they are earned, unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Expired There Miles cannot be reinstated or redeemed.

6. Account Management

6.1 Members are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and secure.

6.2 There.Travel is not responsible for There Miles lost due to unauthorised account access or misuse.

6.3 You may view your There Miles balance by logging into your There.Travel account.

7. Changes, Suspension & Termination

7.1 There.Travel may:

• Modify or terminate There Miles

• Change these Terms & Conditions

• Adjust earning or redemption rules

at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law.

7.2 We may suspend or terminate a membership if we reasonably believe there has been:

• Fraud, abuse, or misuse

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

• Activity harmful to There.Travel or its partners

7.3 Upon termination, all unused There Miles will be forfeited.

8. Errors & Adjustments

8.1 There.Travel reserves the right to correct errors in:

• There Miles balances

• Earning calculations

• Redemption values

8.2 Decisions regarding There Miles balances are final.

9. Privacy

9.1 Participation in There Miles is subject to the There.Travel Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

9.2 Data may be used to administer the loyalty programme and provide personalised offers.

10. Liability

10.1 There Miles and related rewards are provided “as is” and subject to availability.

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, There.Travel is not liable for:

• Loss of There Miles

• Changes to rewards or programme structure

• Partner failures or reward unavailability

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority.
